Labor Day is almost here which will start our fall season. Here in Arizona it is not quite the difference in temperature and physical change for others, but we do start to feel it. Here at Desert Blossom Soap we have to start producing our fall and winter blends after our hiatus from our blazing hot summer. I chose to not produce a lot of new batches through summer as it is always slow and sometimes the heat affects the outcome. So now that we are having cooler temps we will be restocking our depleted inventory one or two blends at a time.
Our first two blends are our top selling Goat's Milk & Oatmeal and our Smokin Good Soap. Both of these bars evoke the feeling of the upcoming season. Our popular Goat's Milk & Oatmeal is a wonderful bar for the whole family. It has a light vanilla like scent created with the essential oils of Copaiba, benzion and vanilla absolute. We add gluten-free organic finely ground oatmeal and a design created by white kaolin clay. This bar is 70% olive oil in the oil base along with coconut oil and castor oil added. This bar is our top selling goat's milk bar.
Next, we have the Smokin Good Soap bar. This bar has a campfire like scent created by the addition of Birch Tar essential oil. The other essential oils added are Cedarwood Atlas, pine needle and Thuja essential oils. The beautiful swirls in this bar are created by coconut activated charcoal and white kaolin clay giving it the look of the swirling of smoke. The Birch Tar is known to help skin issues.
Both of these bars will be available on the website for sale September 17th 2024!
